Those who choose the Hotel Cala Fornells time and time again say that its cuisine is one of the main attractions. Variety, imagination and fresh food are the basis of the delicious menus, inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine.
The breakfast, included in the room price, is self-service buffet with fresh fruit, a selection of sweet pastries, breads and rolls, cereals, jams and marmalades, cheeses, cold meats, eggs, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk, cava... Ultimately, all the ingredients for enjoying a continental, British or diet breakfast.
Dinner, which costs 19 euros for guests, is also a self-service buffet with a wide range of hot and cold dishes (salads, soups, meat, fish, desserts, etc.) made with top-quality, fresh ingredients. In addition, every Wednesday we offer a Mallorcan dinner based on typical Mallorcan gastronomic products such as trempó (a vegetable salad), frit (fried dishes), Mallorcan soups, gilt-head bream a l'espatlla, sobrassada (spicy sausage), ensaïmada (a traditional cake) and every Friday a gala dinner is served.
